Terms of Use

These terms cover useanomaly.com, the anomalY web app and the anomalY apps for iPhone and iPad (together, the service). anomalY (we, us) runs the service. When you create an account or use the service, you accept these terms.

The service is in beta

The service is in beta. Screens and features change often, some can stop working, and data can be missing, late or wrong. We provide the service as it is and as it is available, with no promise that it is complete, correct or always on.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You need an account to use the web app and the apps. You sign in with Apple or Google.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your device and your Apple or Google account safe, because they give access to your anomalY account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Information, not investment advice

The figures, scores, valuations and text in the service are for information only. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation and not an offer to buy or sell any security. anomalY does not hold a licence from the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) and does not give investment advice. Read the investment disclaimer before you use the service.

Data from other sources

Most data in the service comes from public sources such as KAP, market data providers and statistics offices. The data sources page lists them. Each source keeps its own rights and terms. You may use the service for your own research. Do not copy, sell or republish its data in bulk.

Fair use

When you use the service, do not:

• scrape it, download its data in bulk or access it with automated tools beyond normal use,
• try to get around sign-in, rate limits or other protections,
• overload, attack or interfere with the service or its providers,
• use it to break any law or anyone's rights.

We can limit or block requests and accounts that do.

Text written by a model

Some summaries in the service are written by a language model. The numbers in them come from stored data, and an audit flags any number it cannot find there, but the text can still be wrong. The AI text page explains how this works.

Our rights

The software, the design and the name anomalY belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. They give you no other rights.

Price

The beta is free. If we add paid features, we will tell you before any charge, and you decide whether to pay.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from investment decisions, from errors, gaps or delays in data, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Apps from the App Store

If you get the anomalY app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can change, suspend or end the service, or a part of it. When we can, we tell you first.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For an important change, we tell you in the service before it applies.

Law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms. Disputes go to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502.
