This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from other sites. Its fonts are served from useanomaly.com.

The anomalY web app

The app sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps these items in your browser's local storage:

  • your sign-in token, so you stay signed in on that device,
  • your settings: language, density and the screener's default sort and filters,
  • your lists, the companies you compare and your price alarms,
  • the companies you opened recently, the disclosures you have read and the notices you closed.

Signing out removes the sign-in token. Clearing your browser's site data removes everything.

Cookies during sign-in

When you sign in, the anomalY API sets a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in from forgery. It expires after 5 minutes. The API can also set a session cookie on its own address; the web app does not use it.

Apps for iPhone and iPad

The apps keep your sign-in token in the device keychain and your settings on the device.
